Please see the attached list of permit contacts for this facility. Please e-mail Laura Alexander (copied) any changes to
those contacts listed at the bottom so we can get the system up to date.

Also, this permit is current on fees (see below), so renewal will be automatic. As I said, expect letters about issuance to
come in mid-November. Those letters will include instructions about how to obtain your new COC online. The new
draft permit will be out for a 30-day public notice beginning next week on our DEQ’s public notice calendar.
