Hi Danny,

I’m reviewing the Whitley Borrow Pit NOI and have some concerns about the proximity of wetlands. I know wetlands are
in the area, but they aren’t clearly delineated on the site map we received. In the NOI, the applicant stated wetlands are 80
feet from the mine pit perimeter. Do you all have any concerns with this or know of anything different?
