Dear Mr. Parker: On May 22, 2018, North Carolina Division of Water Resources (NCDWR) conducted an onsite deterinination to review drainage features described in Table 1 regarding applicability to mitigation requirem�nts. Representatives froin the United States Ariny Corps of Engineers (USACE) and Ecosystem Planning and Restoration were present for the site visit. NCDWR aclrnowledges the areas and botu�claries identified as jtu-isdictiona] wetlands by tl�e USACE. The attaclied map(s) accurately depicts stream deterrninations conducted during t11e site visit. A petition is considered filed when it is received in the office of Administrative Hearings during normal office hours.
