Dear Ms. Cantwell,
Per the Notice of violation for Green Valley Mobile Home Park; Coliform, Fecal MF
daily maximum exceeded,there was a malfunction with the chlorine tube. The chlorine
got stuck in the tube and did not drop down as the tablets under it dissolved. This issue
has been corrected and Coliform, Fecal has been within limits since.

For future reporting, the non-compliant box must be checked if there are any monitoring or limit violation recorded
or noted during the reporting month.
