This letter and enclosure are to inform DWQ of a revision of the referenced project
and re-submittal for your review:
1. The NCDOT required fill slopes to be adjusted for the existing box
culvert extension. The extension increased from 42 L.F. as originally
designed to 57 L.F. as required to facilitate 2:1 slopes per NCDOT
requirements..
2. The 9.5' x 13' arch culvert was shortened from 198 L.F. to 180 L.F. by
adjusting the access drive off Vestalstar Dr.to Lot 2.
3. The revised drawings are included for your review. Also included are the
revisions to Page 6 of PCN Form-Version 1.3.
