Dear Mr. Draovitch:
This letter rescinds the prior deadline of August 31, 2018 for the Belews Creek Corrective
Action Plan. A more complete schedule for closure options and corrective action plans will be
issued shortly by DEQ. This schedule will specifically address the six sites for which a closure
determination has not been made for the coal ash impoundments.
