Please find an Express Review Application for stream determination, a check for $200.00, and additional maps
and drawings of the proposed site in question. The City of Durham Planning Department has identified two
potential streams on this site by looking at a USDA Soils map, but we would like DWQ to verify their
accusation.
If possible, we would like to receive verbal notification of the delineation by Tuesday February 6th. If you need
any further information please let me know.

The site will provide parking for 406 spaces and contain a care taker facility in the south quadrant of the lot.

Two neighborhood meetings have been held re ag rding the proposed development. We have received positive
feedback from the surrounding nei hg bors.

the Express Review Program will be notified via fax within 2 days. Successful applicants will then be instructed
regarding detailed procedures for full application (Note: Submittals of the review packages on Friday after 12:00 pm
will be stamped as received on the next business day).
