When adding the square footage of restoration (196,725.78) and enhancement (37,843.45) together from Table 4 (for buffer credits), RS shows a total of 234,660.23 ft2 (5.39 acres). But when I add the two numbers together, I get 234,569.23 ft2 (5.38 ac). The difference between the two numbers is nominal, but I want it to be right. When looking at the unsigned AsBuilt survey submitted with the AsBuilt report, the numbers are the same as shown in Table 4. However, since the survey isn't signed(/ will need a signed survey with the original seal stamp to approve the report (81/2 X14 is acceptable), I wasn't sure if the numbers would change. Can you provide some insight into this? Otherwise, I'm going to just use the 234,569.23 ft (5.38 ac) and explain there was an error in the BPDP.
