This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0021253. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. He has not been employed with Havelock long. James appears to be a dedicated operator with a bright future for Havelock's VWVfP. The 2017 Annual Report was advertised on the town's web site and a copy avalible on file. The Effluent looks great! The solids are too high in the aeration basin thus generating a lot of sludge.The ORC stated they were looking into better solids handling processing options.Again Effluent looks great.
