On June 11, 2009, staff of this office conducted a 401 Certification compliance inspection at the subject
site to determine if the project was constructed as submitted to the Division of Water Quality (DWQ). As of the
date of this letter, the stream has been piped/filled, but no further construction is underway. Be reminded that
if ownership of the property changes the certification goes with the property.
It has also come to our attention that payment to the Ecosystem Enhancement Program has not yet
been made. Until the payment has been received by the EEP, this office requests54 that any permits for this
parcel be placed on hold by Iredell County and the City of Mooresville.
