Dragados personnel David Mitchell and Scott Gallman present. Follow up review of project due to ICA issued 08/08/2018. The ICA status can be lifted at this time. At this time, Division forces have implemented a work plan to direct contractors work in repairs and maintenance of erosion control measures, as well as in phasing and completion of earthwork and grading operations. This should continue within parameters placed by Division 9 management. Contractor needs to manage the storm water run off along the project, work towards completion to final grade and permanent stabilization all along the project corridor. Specifics noted today: At project start, erodible haul yd access to the energy dissipator needs to be stabilized. Stop wasting spoils from clean up along it - remove spoils from the area. In general, sediment excavated from EC devices is to be removed from the area of the device. Site 1: skimmer installed temporarily to stop sediment loss thru pipe until repair/replacement of the box. Site 2 area: stabilize the ditch and slopes around the concrete plant area. -158 thru Walkertown Guthrie: shoulders to be built and slopes at Walkertown Guthrie are going to be repaired and stabilized - Str 3&4 to West Mountain: open up slope drains, divert storm water into slope drains and drop inlets along this stretch to avoid overwhelming low points - West Mountain to Bus 40: manage runoff along road bed to direct it to slope drains. Adjust slope drains to make sure runoff can get into them as needed. At the basin at 616 left, extend berm and tie into fill slope. Slope erosion needs to be repaired and seeded, matted. Outlet side, remove excavated spoils from the area and compact temp silt ditch leading to basin 15.11. Slope drains need to installed and directed to basins, berm along top of slope needs to be repaired and compacted. Stabilize erodible slopes with groundcover. 7 8/17/2018 3:01 PM Page 1 of 2 At 60? pipe at Smith Creek, ditch line being cleaned. Restabilize the ditchline and sides. Haul road needs to be graded to final grade on the way out and toe of slope area stabilized All area inlets feeding this pipe need to be checked, repaired and maintained. Gore area needs to be graded and stabilized to reduce erosion in the area. At inlet of the large pipe, remove accumulated silt, wrap silt fence around channel between pipes. Site 24: area regraded and seeded to stabilize it. Permanent seeded at site 24, temp seeded behind noise wall. Adjust temp diversions to correct direction of flow. Overall, the Division 9 office has implemented a work plan to direct contractors work. This should continue until maintenance and repair items documented during NPDES reviews have been completed. 8/17/2018 3:01 PM Page 2 of 2
