Hello all, I am following up (and communicating with you for the first time Mr. Latham)
on my request for an inspection of my client's property to determine whether DOT has
violated the act as it relates to my clients' property. They are David and Wilma Holman;
their address is 707 Railroad Grade Road, Fleetwood, NC. 28626. The roadway project is
R-2915C and their parcel number on the DOT plan is 18.
Mr. Gantt, I understand you left me a message but I did not receive one. To contact me,

Mr. Latham, I understand from Lesa Hauzer that you are the inspector for both Ashe and
Wilkes County. I also have a request for a property in Wilkes County for which I am
seeking an inspection to determine whether DOT has violated the act as it relates to my
clients' property. The property belongs to Fred and Karen Reeves and Reeves
Construction Co., a paving and grading company. The property is located at 820 and
824 Highway 268 and is comprised of three contiguous parcels operating as one. These
are parcels 76, 77, and 180 on Tip Project R-2603, a road widening project related to
Hwy 268. Pictures of recent flooding are attached. Pipes have been clogged by mud
and bathrooms at times unusable. Client has had to flush out pipes due to mud. Thank
you for your attention to these two requests.
