The inspector, Linda Wiggs, met with the new Town Manager Chris Wagoner and Will Dennis Public Works Director.
The Town is not meeting all the 15A NCAC 02T.04O3 requirements. This has been an issue for the Town in the past, if
these requirements cannot be consistently met requiring an Individual Collection System Permit may be warranted. Given
the proximity to the lake and past issues, it is essential that proper reporting and documentation take place.

Comment: Rhodhiss staff stated thev inspect the PS and view the hiah-Drioritv (force main) line under the
bridge from the Caldwell PS weekly. However, they are not documenting these inspections.
This is a small system and many repairs are under construction, so observation of the entire
system and remote areas is likely taking place.

Pump 2 dial needs to be checked, it did not rotate during test: staff stated it does register on

Staff stated that Bumqarner Septic pumps clean the Towns PS 2/year.
