We recently submitted a NWP 29/401 WQC Application for the Eagle Creek Subdivision
project on behalf of Landevcon, LLC. It was recently determined that Landevcon, LLC is not
registered in North Carolina. Therefore, we would like to change the applicant to Eagle Creek
Subdivision, LLC c/o Mr. Jim Green. Enclosed is page 2 of the revised PCN form that reflects
this change.
