3j. Comments:
Impact S2, the Road crossing Dissipater will be a permanent -no permanent loss impact.
Per the project engineer and note on sheet 2 of 3, "the rip -rap to be constructed such that
the top of the rip -rap does not exceed the preconstruction stream elevation". All
temporary stream impacts will be brought back to pre -construction elevations and the
stream banks will be stabilized.
