Section D: Summary of Finding/Comments (Attach additional sheets of narrative and checklists as necessary)
I (Daniel Boss) conducted a compliance evaluation inspection of the Camp Judaea WWTP on
8/13/2018. I met with Kevin White (ORC) for the inspection. There was no flow to the plant at the time.
Mr. White said that all the campers had left about 2 weeks prior. The campground is only active for 2
months per year according to Mr. White. Overall the plant appeared to be operated and maintained
well.
There is evidence of some deterioration at the plant, but mostly just rust on grates and basin walls.
The outfall pipe stops short of discharging into the creek by about 12 feet. There is a shallow channel
that the effluent runs through into the creek from the outfall, but it's becoming filled in with sediment and
should be cleared out.
