The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) — Division 6 is beginning the
project development, planning, and engineering studies for State Transportation
Improvement Program (STIP) Project Number U-5101, roadway improvements for SR
1437 (Shaw Road) / SR 1614 (Shaw Mill Road) / SR 1615 (Rosehill Road / Stacey Weaver
Road) from NC 24 (Bragg Boulevard ) to US 401 (Ramsey Street) in Fayetteville North
Carolina. Attached are the Start of Study letter and vicinity map for the proposed
