Good Afternoon Larry,
This is fine for the addition of temporary impacts, if you could confirm the impacts will
be 10 feet in each end or all on one side.
As far as the coal ash portion, there is nothing for you or Brandon to do. There are
guidelines being developed to keep NC DOT compliant with the Coal Ash Management
Act. These guidelines are basic in nature and are almost finalized.
