I met with Christian Montgomery (ORC) and Neil Reece (Backup ORC) for the inspection. The plant appeared to be well operated and maintained. Mr. Montgomery informed me that the plant had undergone $130,000 in upgrades just two weeks prior to the inspection. New blowers, diffusers, a control panel, and a standby generator had been installed.
