Comment: Facility reoprted 60,000 gallon sludge spill that occured on 08/12/2018 around 07:15 pm. At
time of on-site visit spill was about 80% cleaned UD. Sludae in low area below Dlant to be
removed. Clean up by Bio-Nomics. Spill occurred at sludge loading station. Second site visit
planned.
