The Inspector, Linda Wiggs, met with John Leger (PWD/ORC).
Overall the collection system program is well managed.
While inspecting manholes we came across a couple of questionable flows; a couple of MH's had little if any flows which
seemed odd and the South line at the Valdese MH was running white. John will further investigate to verify there are no
potential issues.
