On 6/27/2018 Swansboro reported a fecal value of 30.9:
1. Mike Lutz spoke to Tom Tharrington about the fecal violation.
a. Staff inspected the UV system and found no discrepancies.
b. A second sample was pull, the result was <1 MPN.
