Please note that this is the second draft of NCG01 we are sending for your review, the first draft was sent on May 3, 2018. We received so many comments on the first draft of the NCG01 permit during the public comment period that we re -convened our stakeholders to help us update the permit. The changes were significant and we decided that it would be prudent to re -notice this permit for further review and comment from the public before issuance. The planned effective date for these permits is December 1, 2018. Please contact me if you have any suggestions or questions regarding this permit.
