Ng 3807 Sterling Trace Drive Winterville, NC 28590 Subject Property: 909 Coral Court, Fairfield Harbor, New Bern Northwest Creek, Neuse River Basin Dear Mr. Ng: The Washington Regional Office received your application for a CAMA Major Permit from the Division of Coastal Management on April 17, 2009, to impact 705 square feet (ft) of open water impacts to construct three (3) boat slips at an existing pier, two 12'x 5' PWC lifts and one 15'x 25' wet slip, as described in your application. Reported water depth at the terminus of the subject pier is 6.0' NWL. This Certification can also be found on line at: http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/ncwetlands/certs.html. You are authorized to proceed with your project as proposed under General Water Quality Certification (WQC) # 3641 (enclosed). This Certification allows you to use the CAMA Major Permit when the Division of Coastal Management issues it. Written concurrence from the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) is not required provided that you can meet all of the conditions of the General Water Quality Certification. If at anytime during construction of your project you determine that you cannot meet these conditions or if there are any additional impacts to wetlands or water quality not described in your application, you must contact this office immediately.
