The Division has reviewed your request to renew the subject permit. However, your existing permit
required one sample analysis of Total Mercury, which has not been submitted to the Division.
The draft permit renewal cannot be prepared without the Mercury data. Please provide the
Total Mercury analytical results required by section A. (1.) of your existing permit no later than
30 days after receiving this notice.
