One tree will be removed to accommodate the stream bank repairs. The banks will be stabilized with coir matting. The surrounding land is undeveloped woods that will remain undisturbed and a residential development with paved roadways. Installation of a stormwater control measure would require disturbance of existing mature woods and removal of mature trees that will otherwise remain undisturbed. No alteration of the existing stormwater flows, velocities, volumes, or pollutant loading will result from implementation of the proposed project. With the exception of the stream bank grading, all work will be performed in the stream channel. Therefore, the project does not include a new stormwater control measure.
