The purpose of the meeting was to review onsite conditions and discuss your site plans and applicability of the regulations per the respective Divisions. At the conclusion of the meeting, DWR staff determined the site was highly impacted from commercial traffic and previously existing impervious, therefore the entire previously filled area (outside of flagged coastal and 404 wetland areas) of the site would be considered "Exempt" from the Tar - Pamlico Riparian Buffer Rules.
