Inspection Summary:
The old Dolphin Bay deemed system was combined with this system in 2017.
The key findings/comments from the inspection:
1. Capital/System Improvement Plan needs to be more formal and have more detail/specifics
2. Newer pump stations that were in operation were found to be insecure and without proper posting
3. Most records are kept electronically, but lack some needed/required detail; thus need some improvement
4. System map remains incomplete and is 3 years past its maximum compliance window
5. PS#5 Bala still hasn't had its control panel replaced or reinforced after first noted it was an issue almost 2 years ago;
station was not secure

combined the old Dolphin Bay deemed system with the Cape. The new interconnected system
and any new developments must be added to the system map within 1 year of completion.
Please note that the system has been permitted to the Utility for over 13 years and only 10 was
provided to meet compliance.
