Good morning, Jim. Your conclusion is correct. If there is no other NPDES-captured industrial activity happening at the
distribution center, and that property is separate from the property under NCGNE0979, then it is not required to obtain

Good afternoon Laura,
I am looking for help confirming the Stormwater Permit disposition of what I consider an offsite warehouse associated
with my Light Industrial facility.
Box -Board Products owns a Light Industrial Facility located at 8313 Triad Drive in Greensboro NC, operating
under SIC Code 2653, and currently operating under No Exposure Certification # NCGNE0979.
Across the street, Box -Board Products owns a Warehouse and Office Building at 8400 Triad Drive in Greensboro
NC, that is used as a Distribution Center and contains no industrial manufacturing equipment.
I would like to confirm, that under NCDENR regulations, our 8400 Triad Drive property is Not Required to apply or
maintain a NPDES Stormwater Permit or No Exposure Certification per page three of the attached document and
highlighter below.
