• Started review 6/27/2018.
• 7/2/2018 - Email to Judy to check on Mining Permit application.
• 7/3/2018 — talked with Judy. Mining program has drafted and will issue this week. Indicated no
response from DWR?
• 7/3/2018 —Talked with Danny Smith DWR — RRO. He got email but never got any of the application
material to review. Sent link to our NOI information in LF. Not a complete mining application but
Danny can use this to review.
• 7/5/2018—Judy issued Mining permit.
• 7/9/2018 — email to Danny for DWR comments.
• 7/10 — Danny indicated he has some concerns with the draft O&M Plan provided. He will get back
with me.
• 7/11/2018 — talked with Danny. He needs to have a site visit with the facility to see the site and to
work with them to adjust the O&M Plan. Plan doesn't include enough detail on how they will
monitor the potential impacts and how they will respond if impacts are seen, etc. Drafted cover
letter with directions to contact DWR. Danny approved draft. Called Barnhill Contracting — Brent
Caudle - and discussed the need to update O&M Plan. Emailed Brent contact information for Danny
so he could schedule site visit.
• 7/16/2018 — NCG02 permit issued.
• 07/31/2018 — Site visit — DWR RRO and Barnhill
• 08/08/2018 — Conf. Call with Danny on site visit. Went well. A few features that should be visually
monitored on site during their dewatering activities. Danny will send an email response and we will
add it to the LF file.
