Mikal,
The date was 8/6/18, and it occurred during a normal filter backwash discharge. Shortly after observing the high pH, we
collected an additional effluent sample as well as upstream and downstream samples. The results were as follows:
Effluent: 8.6
Upstream: 7.3
Downstream: 7.3
