On July 23, 2018, the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your request to rescind your
NPDES Stormwater Permit Number NCG210052. In response to our onsite inspection on July 31, 2018,
Stormwater Permit Number NCG210052 cannot be rescinded at this time.
There is an unstable area at the northeast corner of the site that was recently disturbed. Until this entire area is
stabilized, the Permit cannot be rescinded.
If the facility is in the process of being sold, you will be performing a public service if you would inform the
new or prospective owners of their potential need for NPDES permit coverage.

Inspection Summary:
On July 31, 2018 this facility was inspected in response to a Rescission request. No one was on site at the time of the
inspection. During the inspection, the following items were noted:
1) an area at the northwest corner of the site was observed to be bare, and not yet stabilized from recent land disturbing
activity. Until this area is stabilized, the permit will not be rescinded.
