RE: EPA Comments on NCG210000
Sam,
Since we received no objections from EPA during the 90 -day review period window, NC DEMLR issued the NCG210000
Stormwater General Permit for the Timber Products industry on July 31, 2018, effective August 1. A copy of the final
signed General Permit is available on our website here:
https://deg.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-land-resources/npdes-stormwater-gps#ncg210000:-timber-
prod ucts,-effective-8-1-2018,-expi res -7-31-2023
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
Bethany Georgoulias

Sam,
The NCG210000 General Permit is scheduled to be issued tomorrow, July 31St. Attached is the record of our request for
review. Julie has since left our group, so I wanted to make sure we had not missed any record of response. Is EPA okay
with our moving ahead with issuing this general permit?
Best regards,
