This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing several pipes in jurisdictional areas in Tyrrell
County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Locations are on UT's to the Albemarle Sound, Stream Index
No. 30, Pasquotank River Basin.
Pipe 1: Existing 18" X40' CMP will be replaced by a 24" X40' CAP at N 35.974420° W 76.073997°.
Pipe 2: Existing 18" X 40' CMP will be replaced by a 24" X 40' CAP at N 35.982241 ° W 76.072635°.
Pipe 3: Existing 18" X 40' CMP will be replaced by a 24" X 40' CAP at N 35.989090° W 76.070251 °.
