Dear Mr. Davidson,

This letter is written on behalf of the Trillium Links & Village LLC to provide
information as to remedial action taken to the above referenced facility. RPB Systems,
Inc. is the contract operations firm, which operates this facility.

As outlined in your July 16, 2018 letter we exceeded the monthly and daily BOD for May
2018.

We have been having hits for fecal, TSS, and BOD for several months. With the
manufacturer we tried nutrients and bacteria supplements. The system uses membrane
technology that by design should have non-detect fecal and TSS. We used existing
blowers from previous system to increase oxygen supply. We finally determined the
hoses hooked to the membranes were leaking and replaced them. The system improved
and continues to improve.

Our May 1st sample reported 72 mg/L. We continued to collect weekly samples and extra
samples during the month for a total of eight additional BOD samples with all within
monthly/daily limits but could not sample our way to compliance. BODs continue to be
compliant to date.
