Inspection Summary
The site did not have the SWPPP. Contact this office to schedule a review of SWPPP once it is prepared within six
months. Implement and document SWPPP.
A majority of the stormwater; especially from the concrete work area is captured in a holding tank under the boat lift. The
grassed area flows to a swale that has a rock check dam at the end. Evaluate if sampling can be pulled from this location.
Submit sampling results at the end of the year. Stormwater sheet flows off the back of the property.
There are some minor housekeeping issues that were discussed. There should be secondary storage containment for all
barrels: used and unused. Barrels should all be clearly labeled.
