The project is included in the 2016 — 2025 North Carolina State Transportation Improvement Program (August 2016) and is currently scheduled to begin right of way and utilities in fiscal year 2020 and construction in fiscal year 2022. Attached for your review and comments are the scoping information sheets for the project. We would appreciate any information you might have that would be helpful in the evaluation of potential impacts associated with the project. A scoping meeting is not anticipated. A state funded Environmental Assessment will be prepared for this project.
