I apologize for not having a net with me the day we went out. I have attached the results along with a few pictures and a map of what we are planning to propose. I also sampled below the perennial point. This is where I found the Gilled Snail in photo IMG 0820. 1 only found one bug, photo IMG 0814. 1 called this a fly from the Diptera Order. This was found at NCSAM Form 2. Nothing was found at Form 1. Form 1 had an overall score of "MEDIUM" for USACE all Streams, and "HIGH" for NCDWR Intermittent. Form 2 had an overall score of "LOW" for USACE all Streams and "MEDIUM" for NCDWR Intermittent. On the attached map you will see where I have re -flagged the small wetland area where we hung the flag in the field. I have moved the pit boundary downstream and we are showing approximately 0.03 acres of riparian wetland impacts which we would proposed to mitigate for at a 2:1 ratio. I am also showing a point taken approximately 100ft upstream of the NC SAM Form 1 location. This is where I would propose that we begin mitigation at a 1:1 ratio for 216 linear feet. We would propose stream mitigation at a 2:1 ratio below the perennial stream point for 104 linear feet. Please let me know if this mitigation proposal would be acceptable so I can go ahead and reserve credits with Bachelor's Delight Mitigation Bank. Thank you both again for your help on this permit!
