STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT
Public comment or objection to the draft permit is invited. Submit written comments to DEMLR at the address
below. All comments received through August 28, 2018 will be considered in the final determination regarding
permit issuance and permit provisions.
Application: BRP US Inc., 1211 Greenwood Rd, Spruce Pine, NC 28777 has applied for an NPDES permit renewal
to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility at this address in Mitchell County. The facility discharges to
English Creek in the French Broad River Basin. Permit NCS000093.
