Enclosed, for your approval, is modified limit pages for the following permits: Hi-Tec
Plating (#3008), SDFC,LLC (#3002), Kewaunee (#3009), Rental Uniform Services
(#3001), JPS Composite Materials (#3005), and KECO Engineered Coatings, Inc.-
Texnix (#3004). These modifications are to lower the permit metal limits. I went back
through all the permits and there are a total of six industries to be modified.

**Reporting Total Toxic Organics: Permittees must submit a certified analysis for T'TOs. If the analysis indicates compliance a certification statement should be submitted every 6 months(See Part
II(5d)). If the first analysis indicates non-compliance a second analysis is required. All analyses reported must be performed by a laboratory certified by the State of North Carolina to perform TTO
analyses.
