dated August 6, 2001.
Dear Mr. Dorney:
Mr. Jack Carlisle, a partner in Spring Lake Properties has asked me to respond to your
letter of August 6th.
Work crews are in the process of removing fill material from the wetland area. Progress
has been made towards restoring the wetlands; however restoration is not complete. We
plan to continue restoration work and will review progress with your Fayetteville staff
and the US Army Corps of Engineers when we think restoration is substantially
complete. After approval of the restoration work we will want to continue the application
process for two crossings of the wetlands area to serve several acres of highland that has
no other access.
We will appreciate your patient consideration.
