Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam.<mailto:report.spam@nc.gov> A rt, This email serves as an incomplete notification for the following NCDOT project: Bridge 416 replacement project in Randolph County It is identified by the following Corps of Engineers Action ID/Project Description: SAW-2013-02225 (NCDOT/BR 416/SR 1911/17BP.8.R.76/Div 8) Please provide the following: 1. The project Pre-construction Notification (PCN) indicates that you requested to impact 47 linear feet of perennial stream channel for the installation of two culverts and 99 linear feet associated with bank stabilization. The project plans indicate (based on the surface impacts to surface waters legend) that there will be approximately 140 linear feet of channel impacts. Please clarify if the 99 feet of stabilization impacts also includes fill (either temporary or permanent) associated with the construction of the proposed floodplain bench. 2. Please provide a cross section drawing of the proposed culvert/floodplain bench in relation to the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) of the stream.
