compliance and built to plans.

Comment: DOT, Corps, Contractors and mvself reviewed sites 6, 7A, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 3A (Phase II). All sites
were built to the plans. With the followinp exceptions. The riffle at the inlet at Site 11 was constructed of
bedrock to ensure stabilitv and avoid headcuttinq into the wetland. This site would continue to be
monitored. Site 3 was a lonq culvert that was still under construction. We reviewed the temporarv
diversion at inlet and outlet. Sites 12 and 13 were related to a bridqe that had not been constructed, but
we reveiwed pendinq impacts.
