The apron is actually outside of our Soft wetland buffer, and will continue to be outside of this buffer when it is relocated. Being that it is only a 1" pipe, we do not for see any problems in relocating its outlet. Please feel free to call or email if you have any other questions. Upon consulting the DEMLR files, there appears to be a stromwater pond or sedimentation basin in the vicinity that has an outlet pipe and riprap and it discharges to the wetland proposed to be impacted. Where will the outlet be relocated? Will there be any impacts associated with its realignment? Will diffuse flow still be maintained before entering the water resource? Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss.
