Attached are revised sheets per my phone conversation with Ken Pickle on 8/14/06. 1 have
added notes for both the north and south pond that indicate the proposed impervious area as
shown on the plans. I have also revised the drainage areas slightly to only show treatment of
the area within the right-of-way for the off-site road. We have to treat this road per the client and
arrangements made between him and the adjacent landowners. Existing contours for the off-
site property adjacent to the proposed road have also been shown as well as a note indicating
that development of the property adjacent to the road will not drain to the roadway. If you have
any other comments please let me know. Thanks.
