Below is a table that summarizes which of the 8 projects have anticipated design changes and should be temporarily be put on hold for review (projects with red text): Spartanburg, Oaks/Haywood, and Allen Branch US64. I'll send you revised plan sets and stream/wetland impact tables for these three sites as their revised designs near completion. All the other projects should be good to go for review: Cherry, Comet, Patton, Meadowbrook, and Allen Branch @ Lakewood. I'll send you revised plan sets for Comet Drive and Patton Park in a subsequent email since proposed grading and structures have been rearranged within the existing impacted stream length and LOD at these sites. Attached are the revised detail plan sheets. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for your help and your patience! About 5 of the 8 sites we submitted to you in the permitting package have recent design changes in the form of either: - An increase in stream impact linear footage (LF), - A change/expansion in limits of disturbance (LOD), or - A rearrangement of bed/bank grading areas within the existing LOD and existing impact length area. Except for the Oaks Site, the majority of increases in impact LFs and LOD areas (scenarios 1 and 2 bulleted above) are a result of reallocating stabilization measures upstream or downstream of an existing project limits about +/- 50 LF. The Oaks Site has the most significant changes—an expansion of the project limits or LOD downstream of White Oak Drive approximately 800 LF and involving piecemeal bioengineering bank work (geolifts) in 3 areas resulting in an increase in stream impact length of +/- 300 LF.
