We are in receipt of your letter dated June 21, 2018 and respond as follows;
Record Keeping;
CWSNC has reviewed all E-DMR's from May 2017 until June 2018. The ORC entered "0" for
some of the laboratory results and should have entered the less than symbol along with
reportable limit from lab. Also, some of the units of measurement had been reported in the
wrong units. CWSNS have reviewed these E-DMR's as requested by Mr. Wes Bell and made the
necessary corrections/resubmitted. We have discussed with the ORC and back-up ORC and will
ensure that all the PC plants are visited as required. We apologize for this oversight and have
taken steps to insure this does not happen in the future.
Laboratory Section;
CWSNC has reviewed our calibration checks and we have added a post- analysis calibration
check for PH, DO, and total residual chlorine when we are checking more than one plant with
the same test equipment on the same day.
