The tributary being impacted is an unnamed tributary to Bolin Creek in Orange County. NCDWQ index number 16-41-1-15-1(0.5) and use classification of WS-V and NSW. The functional loss of 41 linear feet will result with the installation of a reinforced box culvert. At a 2:1 ratio, 42 credits are anticipated to be needed. Let me know if you have any question. Based on the informarion supplied by you on July 2, 2018, the impacts are located in CU 03030002 of the Cape Fear River basin in the Central Piedmont (CP) Eco-Region, and are as follows: Cape Fear Stream Wetlands Buffer (Sq. Ft.) 03030002 Non- Coastal Cp Cold Cool Wann Riparian � arian Marsh Zone 1 Zone 2 Impacts 0 0 82.0 0 0 0 0 0 (feet/acres) *Some of the stream and wetland impacts may be proposed to be mitigated at a 1:1 mitigation ratio. DMS will commit to implement sufficient compensatory stream mitigation credits to offset the impacts associated with this project as deternuned by the regulatory agencies using the delivery timeline listed in Section F.3.c.iii of the In-Lieu Fee Instrument dated July 28, 2010.
