On behalf of Community Real Estate Holding Company, Inc., please accept this application for sewer
extension (specifically the pump station and forcemain) at the subject site. Understand these items are
intended to be publicly owned and operated by Brunswick County.
Enclosed for your review are the completed FTA 04-16 and the FTSE, as provided by Brunswick County.
Project Summary:
The Shallotte Assisted Living Facility is to be a 110 unit (single bedrooms) building with allowance for future
expansion to 154 units. Wetwell and Forcemain design is based on the future condition.
General/ Commercial laundry and kitchen facilities will be provided in centralized locations with no
individual facilities within bedroom units.
--Wastewater-will be collected -via an -onsite--gravity--system- and- flow- to the 5-foot collector manhole outside of
the pump station, in accordance with Brunswick County Standards.
The Pump Station will collect flows and pump into Brunswick County's 24-inch forcemain along Highway
17, where flows will continue to the Brunswick County treatment facility.

no additional information has to be requested upon full review. Please use the Department's Permit Application Tracker to determine the official
