Centre for Cameron Properties Land Company, LLC April 2018 NARATTIVE The purpose of this project is to extend two roads and other infrastructure, that will be needed for future development of an undeveloped tract of land located at 2500 Independence Boulevard, Wilmington, NC 28412. The tract of land is approximately 66.49 acres and I being divided into 3 lots and the remainder of the tract making up lot 4. The area is zoned 091 and is bordered by 1 P street to the West, Shipyard Blvd. to the North:, and Independence Blvd. to the East. Streets, sanitary sewer, and water will all be public. The sanitary sewer will tie in to an existing manhole at lndependence located in front of the pump station. Since the future development is unknown the sewer was sized using approximately 900 GPD per acre of commercial use, which will equate to approximately 60,000 GPD (ADF). Additionally, CFPUA has future plans to connect a dry sewer which currently has peak flows of 370 GPM. Using an average peaking factor of 2.5 the additional average daily flow comes up to about 2131120 GPD bringing the total ADF to design for at 273,120 (190GPM)* It was decided that a 10" Fine at 0.29% minimum slope would be sufficient to handle these flows. 1123 Floral Parkway Wilmington, N.C. 28403 Phone (910) 34308002 Fax 910) 343-9941 Business Firm License No. C-0597 011-11* k.7o:ogle MapS 3401 1'24.4"N 77054'47.5"W Map data @2018 Go.ogle 200 ft L. 7/11/2018
